Engineering is core to our business, and whether it’s associated with the design & commissioning of new plant & equipment or carrying out key maintenance activities, the function provides its team members with challenging and varied projects and responsibilities.

There are opportunities for first-degree graduates (and those with equivalent qualifications) in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Aeronautical engineering, who possess the relevant technical knowledge and who can communicate effectively and are practical self-starters with strong IT & organisation skills. There are also opportunities for people to complete recognised Apprenticeships within many parts of BBRG, and the Company has a long history of success in this area.
