Job Description Summary
You will lead in the planning, tender calling of consultancy/construction contracts, design review and supervision of a team of consultants and contractors in MPA's building and infrastructure projects. The building works include the development of new buildings and renovation of existing buildings to support MPA's operation. The infrastructure projects include the development of new marine facilities and upgrading of existing marine facilities. You will be involved in the whole project work cycle from project planning, budgeting, drafting technical specifications, tender calling, evaluating tender submissions, tracking progress of projects, project management and managing project expenditures throughout the project duration until the project is finalised and completed.
