Role Overview
Backend / Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of backend architecture and API
development, and optionally contribute to frontend modules as well. You'll work closely with
the product and mobile teams to deliver high-performing, secure, and scalable solutions
Key Responsibilities: 
Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and related
frameworks. 
Build and integrate RESTful  APIs for web applications. 
Collaborate with front-end teams using React.js, React Native, and Angular
2+ to deliver seamless user experiences. 
Write efficient, reusable, and scalable backend code following clean
architecture principles. 
Manage and optimize databases — including schema design, indexing, and
query optimization. 
Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data flow across services. 
Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS,
CloudWatch). 
Work closely with QA and DevOps to automate testing and deployment
pipelines (CI/CD). 
Maintain documentation for APIs, architecture, and data models. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues
and optimize performance. 
Stay updated on modern technologies and suggest improvements to existing
architecture. 
Required Skills & Experience: 
4+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development. 
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and Express.js. 
Experience with React.js for building web applications. 
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. 
Expertise in MySQL and PostgreSQL databases — schema design, joins,
triggers, stored procedures. 
Experience working with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation or
CloudWatch). 
Hands-on experience integrating React Native for mobile app functionality. 
Familiarity with Angular 2+ framework. 
Understanding of RESTful API design and microservice architecture. 
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization is a plus. 
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
Ability to work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams. 
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills): 
Experience with TypeScript for scalable project structures. 
Familiarity with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda. 
Understanding of API security and OAuth2/JWT authentication
