About the Role

Were seeking a highly driven Senior Application Test Engineer who takes complete ownership of product quality —from concept to customer delivery. You'll be responsible for end-to-end testing across web, mobile, and API layers, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and security.

You will leverage AI-enabled testing tools to enhance test coverage, automate repetitive tasks, and proactively detect risks before production. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical depth, problem-solving ability, and a product-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for complex enterprise applications—UI, API, data, and integration layers.
• Own and drive the complete QA lifecycle , from planning to production release.
• Design, maintain, and execute automation frameworks using modern AI-based testing platforms (e.g., Testim, mabl, Functionize, Applitools, Katalon AI, Copilot for QA ).
• Conduct API testing with Postman, ReadyAPI, or similar tools—validate performance, data flow, and system integrity.
• Perform security and vulnerability testing (OWASP, penetration, and data privacy validation).
• Work closely with development and DevOps teams for continuous testing integration (CI/CD) .
• Document test strategy, traceability, and evidence for compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR) .
• Bring insights to improve product reliability, client experience, and release velocity.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of QA / application testing experience with proven product ownership.
• We are looking for a candidate with strong automation, functional & manual testing skills, plus experience in performance, security, and AI-based testing. They must also be familiar with CI/CD, compliance & documentation testing.
• Deep expertise in API testing, performance validation, and data integrity checks .
• Experience in security testing using tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, or similar.
• Hands-on with AI/ML-driven testing platforms or autonomous test generation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps) .
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices testing.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bonus: exposure to Liferay DXP, or healthcare/finance systems .
