Role Overview

We are hiring English Conversation Coaches who will support learners through structured, friendly 1-on-1 sessions. The role focuses on helping users improve fluency, build confidence, and practice real-life communication skills. All sessions follow FRND’s guidelines to ensure a safe, positive, and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Encourage clear, confident speaking.
• Provide simple feedback and positive guidance.
• Maintain a professional and supportive tone.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong spoken English skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and comfortable guiding conversations.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, customer service, or communication is a plus but not required....
