JOB SCOPE Deliver engaging 1 to 1 tuition sessions at student’s home Develop personalized learning plans to meet students’ individual needs Monitor and report on students’ progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Maintain up-to-date records of sessions and progress reports WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR A degree in a related field from a reputable university (undergraduates are welcomed) Strong subject knowledge or relevant teaching experience 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience in English/Literature at Primary and/or Secondary School Level (MOE) Proficient in both English and Mandarin Able to commit for at least 1 year Passion for teaching and genuine interest in helping students succeed Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Patience and empathy, especially when dealing with struggling students Strong time management skills and reliability in maintaining a consistent schedule HOW TO APPLY Kindly send your resume to [email protected] if interested.
