Roles & Responsibilities (English & Math Instructor)

• Teach English and Mathematics according to the centre’s curriculum and learning objectives.
• Plan and schedule each student’s booklets 3 weeks in advance according to their learning progress and diagnostic results.
• Prepare and assign the appropriate BTM/CTM booklets or work sets based on individual student pacing and mastery level.
• Mark students’ booklets accurately and consistently based on Eye Level marking standards.
• Record every completed and marked booklet in the Student Progress Book for tracking and reference.
• Monitor student advancement weekly and adjust booklet planning if the student requires reinforcement or acceleration.
• Provide feedback to students regarding errors and guide them to correct mistakes independently.
• Ensure booklet stocks are organised, updated, and labelled for smooth lesson flow.
