English Tutor - Barnet (After School/weekends)
We are looking for qualified English Tutors to join our team in Barnet, delivering high-quality after-school tuition to primary and secondary students.
Role details:
After-school tutoring (weekday afternoons/evenings/weekends)
One-to-one or small group sessions
Supporting students with reading, writing, grammar, and exam preparation, filling in gaps in the learning
Building confidence in English language and literature
In-person sessions in the Barnet areaPay:
£25-£30 per hour, depending on experience and qualificationsRequirements:
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE or equivalent)
Proven experience tutoring or teaching English
Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain concepts clearly
Reliable, professional, and committed to student progress
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)We offer:
