Requirement

  • Min. SPM graduate or above
  • Min. 6 months - 1 year of customer service experience
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (read, write, speak)
  • Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Experience in customer service in a BPO sector is an advantage

Responsibility

  • Handle calls, emails, and live chats promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Document interactions and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in trainings, meetings, and performance evaluations.
