Requirement
- Min. SPM graduate or above
- Min. 6 months - 1 year of customer service experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (read, write, speak)
- Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
- Experience in customer service in a BPO sector is an advantage
Responsibility
- Handle calls, emails, and live chats promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
- Document interactions and elevate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements.
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and performance evaluations.
