Job Description
**Job Summary**
As a part of the Quality Compliance and Analytics (QCA) team, the Business Analyst will be responsible for creating metrics and generating reports. Working closely with stakeholders from the Engineering and Support departments, the Business Analyst will contribute to the development of tools utilizing the generated metrics. Additionally, perform statistical analysis to drive improvements in Product and Support, all while taking into consideration business requirements.
**Job Requirements**
+ **Primary Skills** **:**
+ Strong RDBMS skills which include writing complex SQL queries using MS SQL Server and Oracle and the ability to work with multiple data sources like Snowflake.
+ Good knowledge of Python
+ Strong knowledge of Shell scripting in UNIX
+ **Secondary** **Skills** **:**
+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI
+ Data mining using Dremio, Hadoop technol...
