SUMMARY/GOAL OF THE POSITION:
Western Connecticut Regional Adult & Continuing Education (WERACE) is launching an inaugural enrichment program to provide adult learners with engaging, community-based classes that support personal development, creativity, and lifelong learning during the fall 2026 semester. The Enrichment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in designing and launching this new initiative. The Coordinator will be responsible for developing course offerings, building partnerships with local businesses and teaching artists, and overseeing the first-year implementation of the enrichment program. This position offers an opportunity to build a new program from the ground up, positively impacting the adult learner community across the WERACE region.
