Enrolled Nurse Wodonga

Enrolled Nurse - provide hands on, person centered care, support health plans, mentor staff and ensure participant safety.

You will assess and admit participants, develop and monitor health support plans, review medications and PRN use, provide clinical advice and mentoring to staff, complete clinical documentation and audits, participate in incident investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement. You will support WHS and risk management, conduct house checks, and provide rostered on call clinical support as required.

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and current AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical care and familiarity with NDIS practice standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
• Strong clinical documentation, audit, and incident investigation skills.
