Position Summary

Information Duties JOB SUMMARY: The Enrollment Systems Administrator provides strategic, analytical and technical leadership for the University’s enrollment technology ecosystem. This role manages the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of CRM platforms and related systems supporting recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and student success. Responsibilities include data analysis, workflow design, reporting, user support, system training, and cross-departmental process improvement. The position ensures reliable system performance, accurate and accessible data, and effective utilization of technology solutions to drive enrollment growth and operational efficiency.
