Job Summary:
The Enterprise Processing Support Associate III provides processing support to internal/external customers and business partners. This job utilizes a variety of systems and channels to complete a wide range of assignments comprised of multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes data in accordance with internal and external business requirements and documented guidelines
- Provides service, information and procedural guidance to customers
- Selects appropriate alternative tools and procedures from clearly defined options
- Receives and responds to an assortment of communications with internal and external teams, agents, consumers and/or business partners
- Validates, edits and corrects more complicated data
- Handles unique or complex customer interactions
- Identifies need for process changes and assists with creating and maintaining standard policy and procedure documentation
