Posting Title: ENT Surgeon

Salary: ₹1.60LPM to ₹1.80LPM

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with ear, nose, throat, and head & neck disorders.
  • Perform a wide range of surgical procedures including tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, ear surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, micro-laryngeal surgery, and cochlear implantation.
  • Manage complex cases involving head and neck pathology, including endoscopic skull base surgery and facial trauma reconstruction.
  • Diagnose and treat patients with voice disorders, swallowing difficulties, and related neurological or structural conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiologists, oncologists, speech therapists, and plastic surgeons to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including operative notes, follow-up plans, and patient progress documentation.
  • Stay current with advancements in ENT medicine and surgery through continuous learning and participation in professional development activities.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior medical staff and residents under supervision.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and emergency surgical coverage as required.
Requirements:
  • MBBS degree with MD/MS in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) from a recognized medical institution.
  • Proficiency in core ENT surgical skills including otology, rhinology, laryngology, and head & neck surgery.
  • Hands-on experience in endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy, ear surgery, and micro-laryngeal surgery.
  • Demonstrated competency in cochlear implantation and endoscopic skull base surgery (preferred).
  • Experience in managing acute and chronic facial trauma, including reconstructive techniques.
  • Strong understanding of voice and swallowing disorders, including diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, including emergency surgical settings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Valid registration with the National Medical Council (NMC) and eligibility for hospital staff privileges.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duties and continuous professional development.
