**Job Summary**
As an Enterprise Account Accelerator, you will work closely with account teams, customers, and partners to uncover growth opportunities, address market demands, and challenge existing frameworks. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll anchor yourself in Red Hat’s value proposition, aligning efforts to customer priorities. By leading campaigns, sales plays, and client activities, you’ll collaborate with internal teams—such as the FlightPath, Business Value, Tech Sales, the BU and Dealmakers—to shape impactful strategies and ensure Red Hat’s approach resonates with clients. Through workshops, account strategy sessions , and keynotes/Lightning talks, you’ll inspire customer stakeholders, crafting a shared vision that drives their strategic goals.
