Enterprise Sales Executive - Construction Technology (Enterprise Accounts)
Remote: Based Anywhere in Aus
Base Pay: A$200,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr (provided by Talent Forge Australia)
$200k + Super OTE $400k (Uncapped)
The Opportunity
Our client is a global, remote‑first SaaS company operating at scale across multiple regions. They build category‑leading collaboration software used by some of the world’s most complex, asset‑intensive organisations to improve coordination, decision‑making, and execution across large projects.
They are now seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to own and grow a portfolio of named enterprise customers, driving multi‑year renewals and meaningful expansion revenue.
This is a senior, quota‑carrying role focused on enterprise account growth, not transactional sales. You’ll work with strategic customers, engage executive stakeholders, and lead complex commercial cycles that expand ARR through deeper adoption, additional users, projects, and geographies.
You’ll partner closely with account management, customer success, marketing, and industry specialists to position the platform as a long‑term strategic solution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning revenue performance across a portfolio of named enterprise customers
- Leading renewal and expansion motions, including multi‑year agreements
- Building and executing strategic account plans with clear growth pathways
- Running complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close
- Developing executive relationships and acting as a trusted commercial advisor
- Maintaining disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure long‑term customer success and expansion
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in enterprise or strategic B2B SaaS sales
- Strong track record of growing large, complex enterprise accounts
- Confidence selling to senior decision‑makers and navigating long sales cycles
- Experience in AECO, infrastructure, construction, or adjacent industries (highly regarded)
- Commercially sharp, highly organised, and performance‑driven
- Comfortable working remotely within a globally distributed organisation
- Willingness to travel as required to customers, offices, and industry events
