About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll help large organizations create stronger teams and better workplace culture through Let’s Roam’s enterprise experiences—team-building, offsites, activations, and employee engagement programs. You’ll own your own pipeline, guide prospects through a longer sales process, and close high-value partnerships with well-known, complex companies.

What you’ll do

  • Find and develop new enterprise opportunities through thoughtful outreach and strong account research.
  • Build relationships across multiple stakeholders (executive leaders and cross-functional teams) and keep momentum throughout the process.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand goals, challenges, and what success should look like.
  • Run end-to-end sales cycles from first meeting to signed agreement, including pricing conversations and contract steps.
