WhatYou’llBe Doing:

  • Develop and own relationships with senior healthcare leaders (CMO, CNO, CMIO, CIO) to drive new enterprise logo wins

  • Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound motions

  • Function as primary partner for specific clients, understanding business needs, and growing their portfolio of products through cross-sell and upsell motions 

  • Build strong, cross functional relationships with all levels of a customer organization 

  • Lead consultative, value-based discovery conversations and guide prospects through the full sales cycle

  • Deliver compelling in-person and virtual sales presentations across your assigned territory

  • Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, workflows, financial drivers, and decision-making structures

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives and win complex deals

  • Travel to customer sites as needed

  • What You Bring:

  • BA/BSrequired; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

  • 5-15+ years of enterprise-level sales experience, ideally in SaaS

  • A strongtrack recordofclosing new logo businessand consistently exceeding quota

  • Demonstrated ability to build senior executive relationships and navigate complex C-Suite buying committees

  • A consultative, solution-selling mindset and the ability to articulate value in a complex environment

  • High energy, grit, and enthusiasm that aligns withTigerConnect’sculture and values

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills to help shape market strategy

  • Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and executive presence

  • Experience in acute healthcare isrequired
