Acerta is entering a phase of rapid scaling, and for 2026, our primary mission is to turn our existing enterprise footprint into a massive revenue engine. We are not looking for a passive account manager; we are hiring a revenue generation engine.
You are a “wrestler”. You have the grit of a hunter and the strategic mindset of a consultant. You don't wait for opportunities to land; you create them by navigating complex manufacturing organizations to drive Lifetime Value (LTV) as quickly as possible. You are equally comfortable in safety boots on the factory floor as you are presenting a business case to a CFO. You enjoy landing new logos and generate expansion. Your mandate is twofold: maximize the value of existing enterprise accounts via multisite expansion (Land & Expand) and autonomously land new logos with clear paths to scale.
