As an Enterprise Sales manager, you will be responsible for acquiring pan-European operating accounts. Working from Germany to expand sales on German headquartered accounts.
 

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

Key Responsibilities-

  • Contribute tomeetingSales goalsandEUrevenue growth targetsfor the assigned account set.

  • Establish initiatives and processes to maximizeassigned account potential.

  • DefineEurope-wide Accountplansfor assigned accounts(prospects/customers).

  • Key tasks-

  • Achieve growth revenue and sales target by managinga set of Globaland regionalaccounts

  • Winand expand contracts with assigned prospects and customers,

  • Design and implement a strategy towin and grow these accounts

  • Facilitateregional salesto plan, win and grow businessfor the assigned accounts

  • Build strongrelationshipswithkey stakeholders, preferably at director level and above.Customer DMU (Generalmanagement, Finance, HR, IT, Fleet management)

  • Keeping update market knowledge for the current regionsand market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

  • Ensure correct follow-up and communication ofthe global account plan.

  • KPIs-

  • Primary:Target achievement, NewBusiness,and annual revenue growth.

  • Engagementwith regional sales for the assigned accounts

  • Relationship buildingin Customer DMU (General Management, Finance, HR, IT, Fleet management)

  • Forecasting

  • Pipeline review 

  • Main Stakeholders-

  • Regional sales leader, Director Enterprise,Project management,Customer Success, (Regional) marketing, ProductManagement,and regional sales reps across the EU.

  • Who are You?

    To be successful as an Enterprise Sales Manage r, this is the kind of profile we have in mind: 

  • Successfulearlierexperience as a sales rep, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;

  • Worked with Enterprise accounts in a multi country multi-level environment.Companyowning large fleetsexamples, DHL, Falck,G4S, Ecolabetc;

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural and country environment;

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Abilitytoaffectand influence stakeholders;

  • Analytic and strategic skills, sense of priority, long term planning

  • Committed to continuous education through workshopsand trainings;

  • Resilient,independent,and self-reliant: work autonomously with little supervision;

  • With excellent communication skills: public speaking, verbal and writtenin  German and English;

  • Soft skills / Competencies-Results-oriented, Team player, Positive attitude, Strategical thinking, Vision planning, Innovating skills.
