Job Description
Account Manager is responsible in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing key merchants. He will focus on understanding client goals, ensuring satisfaction with products or services, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
How will you contribute:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchant accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including sales and technical support, to address merchant needs.
