About the Role: We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Autopilot team.
As an Account Coordinator, you will work to get our new Autopilot properties completely ready for members to book and move in.
You’ll take over as soon as a contract is signed and work with properties, Area General Manager and other internal teams to collect information, coordinate installations, and ensure homes are cleaned, photographed, and ready for move in.
You are the conduit between all teams and the property and ensure a smooth transition and successful launch.
About the Team: The Autopilot Team’s goal is to ensure a successful installation and launch of all new properties through exceptional customer service for both internal and external teams.
