**Enterprise Agile Coach** The Enterprise Agile Coach supports the scaled adoption of Radiance—Candescent’s operating model—across multiple Product Groups. This role focuses on enterpriselevel enablement, coaching, and behavior change, helping leaders and teams strengthen agility, improve execution flow, and build capabilities that support consistent, predictable delivery. Operating within the Agile Center of Excellence, the Enterprise Agile Coach works through influence, systems thinking, and partnership rather than delivery ownership.**Key Responsibilities** Coach senior leaders, managers, and product leadership on enterprise agility, execution health, and flow.**Basic Qualifications** Experience working with productled, marketfacing teams across Product Management, Engineering, and Design.Demonstrated experience coaching leaders and leadership teams in product delivery environments.Ability to influence without authority in complex, matrixed organizations.
