We are seeking an experienced AI engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role involves working closely with enterprise clients to design, deploy and maintain AI agent systems across various workflows.

You will be hands-on in production environments, bridging legacy infrastructure with modern LLM-powered architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy multi-step AI agents that operate reliably across customer support operations and internal workflows.
  • Build custom services integrating AI platforms with CRM systems telephony ERPs data warehouses and other enterprise systems.
  • Implement prompt pipelines tool calling memory state management guardrails using modern agent frameworks.
