We are a team of enterprise transformation experts leveraging Pega’s AI-powered platform to modernize legacy systems across Japan’s leading enterprises. Through strategic co-creation with AWS Japan and major SIers, we lead the re-architecture of cross-industry enterprise ecosystems.

You will be a catalyst for discontinuous value creation—redefining industry structures and customer experiences. From EA visioning to implementation and outcome ownership, you will drive transformations that directly impact clients’ strategic KPIs.

What You'll Do at Pega:


  • Re-architect legacy assets (e.g., mainframe, COBOL, Lotus Notes) into cloud-native solutions using Amazon Q and Pega Blueprint.
  • Redesign application portfolios and modernization roadmaps using GenAI and Blueprint.
  • Design infrastructure optimization strategies that integrate existing cloud/on-prem assets with Pega Cloud.
  • Define EA using TOGAF, ArchiMate, BIZBOK frameworks and align with executive KPIs (e.g., ROIC, OPEX, NPS).
  • Co-design industry-specific reference architectures with cloud partners and SIers.
  • Present EA visions and ROI models to CxOs and provide technical guidance during implementation.
  • Review and optimize transformation KPIs such as cycle time and cost reduction.

    • Who You Are:


    Technical Capability

  • Experienced with Amazon Q or similar tools for legacy system analysis.
  • Ability to design infrastructure strategies integrating Pega Cloud with existing cloud/on-prem assets.
  • Understanding of security, data integration, and operational design to engage with SIers and cloud partners.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, IaC, containerization trends and ability to collaborate with implementation teams.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale legacy modernization projects.
  • Deep understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI/ML integration.
  • Experienced with DevOps practices and tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Experienced leading EA transformation projects across industries.
  • Experienced presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Pega CLSA or Business Architect certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Blueprint, GenAI, Agentic AI.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
  • Familiarity with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Understanding of cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.

    •You actively engage with architecture community across product areas
    •You play a key role in building our enterprise architecture ensuring alignment of the architecture initiatives across teams and within the product area.
    •You communicate this enterprise architecture internally as needed by the business.
    •You provide technical mentorship to both onshore and offshore software architects and animate the architecture community.
