Overview

Job Title: Enterprise Architect or Solutions Architect

Location: Montreal (day 1 onboarding onsite / in-office presence required 3x/week)

Responsibilities

• Design and then implement solutions that align with business and IT strategy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead the ideation and scaling of innovation programs and foster alignment between IT and business teams.
• Provide technology leadership and influence across organizational boundaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience on Java/J2EE or Python, with the ability to dive into the technical weeds and build prototypes or POCs as needed.
