Summary

PTR Global is seeking a strategic Associate Client Partner to support enterprise account development and lead generation within the India market. This role is focused on researching and mapping enterprise organizations, understanding client operations, and identifying opportunities for Statements of Work (SOWs) and workforce solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, sales-oriented, and skilled at uncovering client needs through research and targeted outreach. This position plays a key role in expanding enterprise relationships and driving revenue growth across the India region.


Job Description

  • Research and map enterprise accounts within the India market, creating detailed organizational charts to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Analyze client business models, operational structures, and workforce needs to identify opportunities for SOW-based engagements.
  • Execute targeted lead generation strategies using account insights to prioritize high-potential enterprise prospects.
  • Engage prospective clients through email, cold outreach, and virtual meetings to build relationships and position PTR Global’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams to develop customized workforce solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Build and nurture long-term enterprise relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and driving sustained revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity within the India workforce solutions landscape.
  • Clearly articulate how PTR Global’s solutions address client workforce challenges and operational pain points.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance targets through new business acquisition and account expansion.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within workforce solutions, staffing, consulting, or related industries.
  • Strong ability to research, analyze, and map enterprise accounts, including creating organizational charts and understanding complex structures.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management within the India market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate client needs into practical workforce solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong sales acumen with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and account-mapping tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
