Job Title: Enterprise Business Development Manager


Location:  Bangalore


Experience:  4+ years


Qualification: Postgraduate degree / MBA preferred


Work Schedule: Mon to Sat (Saturday half day, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)



We are hiring an Enterprise Business Development Manager for our client, a company that provides technology-driven solutions to optimize business transportation across industries. This role will focus on driving growth, expanding market presence, and building strong enterprise relationships.


As the Enterprise Business Development Manager, your responsibilities would be:


Taking critical ownership of high-impact sales engagements to drive enterprise revenue.

Managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including prospecting, account mapping, and discovery.

Leading complex processes such as PoC (Proof of Concept), pricing discussions, and negotiations to final closure.

Engaging effectively with CXOs and senior decision-makers to build long-term enterprise relationships.



Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals of ₹25 lakhs and above.
  • Experience in domains like Employee Transportation Solutions, technology-led services, or B2B software/telecom.
  • Demonstrated solution-selling mindset with strong business acumen and integrity.
  • Comfortable working in a field-driven, on-ground enterprise sales environment.
  • Disciplined and diligent approach to managing sales pipelines and stakeholders.
