Job Title: Enterprise Business Development Manager

Location: Gurgaon

We're hiring an Enterprise Business Development Manager for one of our clients. As the Enterprise Business Development Manager, your responsibilities would be:
  • Leading high-value enterprise sales efforts to drive industry-leading growth and success.
  • To bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on leadership to drive business expansion.

  • To manage and execute the end-to-end sales cycle for large-ticket deals to deliver outstanding results.

  • Play a key strategic role in a fast-paced business, shaping and scaling enterprise solutions and services.


Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise/B2B sales with a strong track record of closing large-ticket deals of ₹25 lakhs and above.
  • Full ownership of the sales process, including prospecting, account mapping, discovery, PoC, and final negotiations.

  • Domain expertise in Employee Transportation, technology-led services, facility management, or software solutions.

  • Proven ability to engage and influence CXOs, senior decision-makers, and various enterprise stakeholders.

  • Strong solution-selling mindset with high business acumen, integrity, and diligence in field-driven environments.

  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of maintaining high standards in a dynamic sales landscape.
