Job Description
We are seeking for a self-motivated, detail oriented, independent and have excellent problem-solving abilities for our Enterprise Campaign Specialist role. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end Enterprise customer lifecycle management, which includes analysing customer's behaviour, create, execute and monitor campaigns, track and manage the process, understand trends and dynamics, provide campaign reporting, analysis and insights.
- Efficiently manage end-to-end implementation of the Enterprise & Public Sector campaigns including performing customer behaviour analysis, creation of ideas, profiling criteria, mapping suitable offerings, prepare proposal and obtain approval, create and manage campaigns for awareness, upsell, cross sell, retention/renewal and win back.
