Enterprise Cloud Architect

About the Role: We are seeking a pivotal Enterprise Architect with Insurance Tech knowledge to bridge the gap between business goals and IT capabilities. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our client's Enterprise Cloud strategies, leading delivery teams, and coordinating with stakeholders to articulate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding the integration of Applications, Data, and Technology while championing the migration to modern cloud-based architectures (APIs, Microservices, Containers). Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define end-to-end Enterprise Cloud Architectures and roadmaps. Analyze complex landscapes to propose modernization strategies and TCO assessments.
• Cloud Delivery: Lead the design and implementation of optimized infrastructure leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP .
• Modernization: Drive application modernization, migrations, and greenfield implementations using Microservices, APIs, and Containerization.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead discovery workshops, influence C-level executives and client architects, and translate technical scope into common agreements.
• Automation & DevOps: Develop process frameworks and automation assets (Terraform, PowerShell, CloudFormation) to standardize Cloud Discovery and DevSecOps transitions.
• Mentorship: Guide architecture teams and act as the subject matter expert for technical implementation.

Technical Expertise:

• Cloud Mastery: Deep knowledge of IaaS/PaaS solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Modern Tech Stack: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, and API Security/Platforms.
• Network & Infrastructure: Strong understanding of WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and Virtual Networking.
• Development Background: Experience in the design and architecture of Java/JEE or .NET based systems.
• Data & OS: Ability to assess and transform various OS (AIX, Linux, Windows) and Databases (Postgres, SQL, Oracle, NoSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Required Certifications:

• TOGAF or ITIL
• PLUS: Azure Solutions Architect (Expert/Associate), AWS Solutions Architect (Professional/Associate), or GCP Professional.
