Enterprise Compliance, Testing and Controls, Lead

Reporting to the Leader, Compliance, the vacant, Enterprise Compliance, Testing & Controls, Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining Interac’s enterprise compliance testing & controls program. You will lead business units and corporate functions in the identification of key compliance controls. You will execute against a 3-year strategic plan designed to build a technology-driven regulatory compliance management framework that effectively manages regulatory risk while maintaining a right-sized, scalable, and highly efficient operational footprint. You will build and maintain an inventory of compliance controls mapped to applicable compliance obligations. You will design and lead a risk-based 3-year compliance testing plan.
