Enterprise Consultant

Must Have

• 6–10 years of experience leading Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across ERP, EPM, and BI platforms
• Proven ability to design end-to-end master data and mapping solutions supporting ERP, EPM, and non-cloud interfaces
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based SaaS and PaaS platforms , particularly Oracle Cloud EPM
• Strong understanding of business workflows, operating models, and change management processes
• Advanced expertise in custom validations, derived properties, data governance frameworks, and MDM best practices
• Advanced skills in metadata management , including imports/exports, hierarchies, versioning , and Oracle Cloud EPM integrations
• Experience leveraging automation tools such as EPM Automate and REST APIs for metadata loads, extracts, and deployments
• Demonstrated experience leading migration projects , including DRM to EDMCS and on-premise to cloud transformations
• Extensive experience conducting client workshops , stakeholder interviews, and complex requirement-gathering sessions

Good to Have

• Strong track record in optimizing business workflows , driving change management , and ensuring stakeholder alignment and organizational readiness
• Advanced capability in designing mapping solutions across EPM, ERP, and custom applications
• Solid understanding of downstream metadata management processes within systems such as ERP, EPBCS, and FCCS

Education

• BE / B.Tech degree or equivalent from an accredited university
