About the Role:
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for our Australian team , you will be the strategic partner for PostGrid’s largest Australian clients. You will help enterprise customers, often operating in regulated industries, unlock the full potential of automated offline communications while complying with Australian standards and postal regulations.
You’ll bridge the gap between clients, product, and internal teams, driving adoption, retention, and long-term success across your portfolio of enterprise accounts.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead high-touch onboarding for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth technical integration and alignment with Australia Post and other local mailing providers.
Quarterly Business Reviews & ROI Tracking
- Own and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), demonstrating ROI, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiencies for Australian mail programs.
Customer Advocacy & Product Feedback
- Act as the voice of the customer for the Product and Engineering teams, highlighting needs for Australian-specific features, data residency, and compliance requirements.
Account Retention & Expansion
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-departmental adoption, upsell, and broader expansion within Australia.
Data Privacy & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure all customer success practices comply with Australian privacy laws ,
- Represent PostGrid at Australian industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build relationships, advocate for our solutions, and foster a strong enterprise community.

- You have a growth mindset, always looking for opportunities to expand PostGrid’s presence in enterprise accounts.
- You are highly organized and can manage multiple strategic accounts at different stages of the lifecycle.
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS , preferably in the Australian market.
- Proven track record managing accounts with AUD $150K+ ARR .
- Strong understanding of Australian business practices and privacy regulations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with executive audiences, both virtual and in-person.
- Experience with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or Totango .
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and local industry events in Australia.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Australia Post or enterprise-scale mailing and logistics systems.
- Experience with API-driven or technical SaaS products .
- Exposure to regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or insurance in Australia.
- Certification in a Customer Success framework (e.g., SuccessHACKER).
