, we're looking for an
International Enterprise Account Manager
to join our core
Customer Success team
and own the relationship, growth, and long-term success of some of our most strategic customers.

This is
not a traditional Customer Success role
focused only on support or churn prevention.

It sits at the intersection between
Customer Success
and
Key Account Management
.

You will be responsible for
strategic account ownership
, driving
customer engagement and satisfaction
, operational effectiveness,
renewals, expansion, ARR growth and Net Revenue Retention
, while acting as a trusted partner for enterprise and high-profile clients.

You will work closely with the
CCO, Head of Sales, Product, Data and Engineering teams
, playing a key role in how Flipflow scales its enterprise customer base internationally.
