Hiring: EDW Solution Consultant – BI & Analytics

We are seeking an experienced EDW Solution Consultant to design and deliver scalable, high-quality Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural thinking, and close collaboration with business and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and BI/EDW solution designs
• Design and develop technology solutions for the BI space, leveraging existing technologies wherever possible
• Develop technical designs that ensure:
• Scalability
• Maintainability
• Security
• Reliability
• Extensibility and flexibility
• Availability and manageability
• Apply architectural and engineering best practices aligned with enterprise standards
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, and Developers for successful BI solution delivery
• Ensure solutions align with the enterprise architecture strategy
• Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify solution architecture to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency
• Support Agile delivery through technical guidance and design reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with EDW / data solutions
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data warehousing concepts:
• ETL processes
• Fact and dimension tables
• Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs)
• Experience working with SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similar platforms
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with on-shore and off-shore teams
