Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Workforce Planning & Strategy Lead to provide advisory and hands-on support to the Enterprise Headcount Planning team. This role is pivotal in translating enterprise strategic imperatives, goals, and controls into actionable workforce plans. The incumbent will lead process redesign initiatives, develop multi-dimensional headcount models, and deliver high-frequency executive reports to support strategic decision-making.

The role involves close interaction with senior executives such as CHRO, CFO, and COOs, and requires expertise in advanced statistical modeling, scenario planning, and workforce analytics.
