Position Summary

:

Our Enterprise Inside Sales Representatives are a key part of our Account Management team. Working in close collaboration with Account Managers, Enterprise Inside Sales Representatives will drive growth and consumption in managed accounts, identify white space for new product consumption, drive account penetration and stakeholder engagement and strive to increase ARR in every account they handle.

Enterprise Inside Sales Representatives will work with 3-5 Account Managers and align with them on messaging, strategy and efforts. Additionally, each representative will work across teams to ensure that every account is properly serviced and happy with the support they receive.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate regularly with Account Managers to align on messaging, the status of current efforts and new needs

  • Research accounts and identify opportunities to increase usage, upsell and cross-sell
