About the Position

We are in need of an Enterprise Knowledge Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise knowledge content, ensuring governance, quality, and optimal user experience. In this position you will drive continuous improvement and adoption of knowledge management practices across business units, championing our maturity standards and governance by design. This position is remote, will have core working hours in EST and is part of a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline support for EKM platform users, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving usage-related issues across the entire knowledge lifecycle
  • Enforce knowledge maturity standards and governance policies to ensure consistent content quality throughout the platform
