Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company and they are looking for a Enterprise Master Data Director.


The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal and will have 3 direct reports.


Responsibilities include:

  • Define and lead the global master data strategy, governance model, and roadmap to support the company's transformation
  • Own the design, implementation and integration of MDM solutions (incl. SAP MDG) so that core data flows consistently across ERP, CRM, LIMS, MES and other systems
  • Build and lead the master data organisation (data owners, stewards, champions), driving data literacy and adoption across all functions
  • Set and monitor data quality KPIs, ensuring compliance with GxP, GDPR, NIS2 and internal quality/HSE standards while continuously improving data processes
