- This is a challenging role where you will manage, operate and continuously improve the observability platform using Dynatrace.
You will work closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, SRE/DevOps and Development teams to ensure service and infrastructure availability, performance and reliability.
The main responsibilities include:
• Administering and maintaining Dynatrace; governance of accounts and management zones
• Deploying and configuring OneAgent, ActiveGate, extensions on-premises or in the cloud
• Monitoring infrastructure, applications and user experience; creating dashboards alerts anomaly detection
• Analyzing performance using PurePath Service Flow multidimensional analysis (RCA – Root Cause Analysis)
• Integrating with ITSM tools e.g Jira supporting incident/problem management
