Enterprise Process Mining & Value Architect

Job Summary The Enterprise Process Mining & Value Architect will be a key driver in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing critical business processes across BD's global operations. This role is responsible for leveraging process mining technologies to uncover inefficiencies, propose data‑driven solutions, and articulate the tangible business value generated through process improvement initiatives, ultimately contributing to enhanced operational excellence and strategic advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Process Discovery & Analysis: Lead the end‑to‑end process discovery lifecycle using process mining tools Celonis to extract, transform, and analyze event log data from various enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, Workday).
