Enterprise Project Manager – Consultant

Overview

The Client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager – Consultant to provide project management leadership for the Palmetto Automated Child Support System (PACSS). This role supports ongoing system operations, maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and enterprise-level project governance for a federally certified child support system.


Key Responsibilities

Lead PACSS system Operations and Maintenance (O&M) initiatives using PMI project management methodologies

Manage, coordinate, and oversee vendor teams providing system O&M services

Plan, direct, and coordinate cross-functional project activities with focus on scope, schedule, risk, and quality

Lead application change management activities including intake, prioritization, and lifecycle tracking

Oversee defect management activities including documentation, triage, prioritization, and resolution
