PLEASE NOTE: this is not a proposal manager position or a traditional hands on keyboard IT architect position.  This position is fully engaged in Capture and Proposal development creating artifacts, running matrixed technical and management proposal teams.  Must show significant experience building proposals for Federal Government/DoD customers.
