Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and excellence of our enterprise-grade transportation management system (TMS) and supply chain management (SCM) platform.

• Collaborate with developers, Salesforce experts, product managers, and logistics domain specialists to catch issues early and continuously raise the bar on quality.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases – covering functional, regression, integration (Salesforce + external systems), exploratory and basic non-functional testing.

This hands-on position offers real impact as you help prevent disruptions in global supply chains by ensuring features work seamlessly from quote to delivery.
