Responsibilities
  • Acquire companies with no significant revenue history by selling Bayt.com's recruitment products & services
  • Self-prospect and schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients through various channels
  • Action all assigned incoming leads and outbound leads based on SLA
  • Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads
  • Determine customers' recruitment needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs
  • Give both online & onsite demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com to handle objections and convince customers to buy
  • Effectively manage a business in the assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach
  • Carry out other tasks as requested by the management
  • Ensure a minimum of 80% coverage of the signed stack through regular physical and telephonic meetings
