What You Will Do:


  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships in Emerging Business vertical, by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening engagement
  • Develop strategies for expanding existing customer accounts within emerging market categories, focusing on long-term partnerships
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets through customer retention, account expansion, and driving additional business from existing customers in line with team/organizational objectives
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues to maintain strong relationships
  • Build and manage a pipeline for account expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
