What You Will Do:
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships in Emerging Business vertical, by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening engagement
- Develop strategies for expanding existing customer accounts within emerging market categories, focusing on long-term partnerships
- Consistently achieve revenue targets through customer retention, account expansion, and driving additional business from existing customers in line with team/organizational objectives
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues to maintain strong relationships
- Build and manage a pipeline for account expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
