Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary functional expert for Oracle EBSHRMS and Payroll modules.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle HRMS and Payroll setups including workforce administration, compensation, benefits, time management, and payroll processing.
  • Lead system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) for enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance withglobal payroll regulationsand HR policies, including tax, labor, and statutory requirements across multiple countries.
  • Document system configurations, process flows, and provide knowledge transfer to business users and technical staff.
