We are currently seeking a Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist to join our team in BANGALORE, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role: PLM / Engineering Applications Developer – Lead (Senior)
Focus: Windchill + Atlassian (Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket)

Exp Years: 4 to 6 years

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration, customization, and administration of PTC Windchill (workflows, lifecycles, ACLs, BOM/Change Management).
  • Develop Windchill enhancements using Java, Info*Engine, APIs, and manage integrations with CAD/ERP systems.
  • Administer and customize Atlassian tools (Jira workflows, automation, plugins, Confluence structures, Bitbucket).
  • Design and implement integrations between PLM, ALM, DevOps, and engineering systems.
  • Provide technical leadership, define standards, and guide junior developers.
